We drew on the history and locality of Canning Town to develop the L&Q BSW brand identity along with designing and producing their development and floor-plan brochures.
L&Q approached us to design and deliver the development and floor-plan brochures for their shared ownership homes at the Brunel Street Works development. We took time to explore the local area to understand the historical context of the site and the current experience of local living that would be on offer to homebuyers. We produced copy that showed off the best of the local offer and homes, designed pages that were familiar with the L&Q brand whilst bringing out the development identity and selected a range of photography and CGIs to give prospective buyers a sense of home.
